Joe started his B & S Construction in Estevan with his grandfather in 2007. Operating our construction business has provided Joe with many experiences in both residential and commercial construction. Acquiring the WINMAR® franchise in Saskatoon was a natural progression for his line of work. “I chose Saskatoon because of my close ties with the city, having family members and friends living here, including meeting my wife here in Saskatoon. I enjoy the ever changing nature of the industry and am excited for the new challenges. What drew me to WINMAR®, was the reputation and stability of the franchise. I also saw that the local franchise had a working atmosphere and is a well organized business.”
